"PILATES CIRCUIT TRAINING": Fridays 8:15am & 9:15am, 8-week series taught by Leslie Frank, DPT. Small group classes using the Pilates and GYROTONIC® equipment through a variety of circuits.
"SIT & FIT": Mondays 11am, 8-week series taught by Pam Johnson. Small group classes for those with mobility challenges that want to get more fit in a fun, safe, yet challenging environment.
"CARDIO TONE" CLASS: Wed 8:15-9:15am, 8-week series taught by Pam Johnson. A fusion class with the benefits of Pilates, toning, and heart pumping cardio all in one workout
