Group Classes: 8 Week Series
- Pilates Circuit Training: $160 ($20/class)*
- Sit & Fit Chair Pilates: $100 ($12.50 per class)*
- Cardio Tone Class: $120* ($15/class)
- Single Mat Class drop in additional $10/class*

1 Pilates Circuit + 1 Cardio Tone Class = $264 ($19/circuit, $14/cardio)
1 Pilates Circuit + 2 Cardio Tone Classes = $360 ($18/circuit, $13.50/cardio)
Massage Therapy Sessions (1 hour):

- Deep Tissue/Trigger Point/Swedish Session $90

*Group Class Attendance Policy: Class series must be paid for in advance and expires at the end of each 8-week series. 2 missed classes allowed per series – make ups permitted in another group class of same type or credit applied to next series. No refunds. Single class drop-in: additional $10/class.
