GETTING STARTED

Getting started with a program in Pilates, the Gyrotonic Expansion System^® , or Physical Therapy is easy. You can either call us (626-449-3900) or fill out our inquiry form.

For Physical Therapy :

• Upon talking to you, we will obtain all of your insurance information and set up an appointment for your initial evaluation.

• We then pre-authorize your treatment and call you within 24 hours to let you know your benefits and what your co-pays will be.

For your first appointment, please bring with you the following:

• Insurance card(s)
• Prescription from your doctor for Physical Therapy
• Comfortable clothes to wear
• Your co-pay if required

For Pilates or the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM^®:

We're available to answer any of your questions, andl then set up your first appointment.

For your first appointment, please bring comfortable clothing to wear.

Know that all appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
