FRONT DESK OFFICE ASSISTANT NEEDED - PART-TIME
Bodyscape Integrative Physical Therapy is looking to hire a Front Desk Office Assistant who is motivated, self directed, proactive and a people oriented person.
Summary of Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently perform the duties of a staff office assistant, demonstrating a professional, helpful attitude in dealing with patients and visitors. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills, computer expertise, be detail oriented and able to multi-task, as well as have a strong work ethic with high professional standards.
What We Offer and are Looking for
- Part-time (9am – 2pm)
- Benefits
- 20-30 hrs/week, M-F
- $12-18/hr based upon experience
- Bodyscape is a non-smoking environment
- Prefer a college educated applicant
- Duties:
- Phone communications and scheduling with patients, physicians and staff
- Managing patient and staff documentation
- Communication with insurance companies to pre-authorize patients, and follow-up on payments
- Computer abilities a must: Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, Illustrator, Photoshop
- General office duties as assigned by owner
- Able to lift 25 lbs.

Bodyscape Integrative Physical Therapy is looking to hire a part time instructor certified in GYROTONIC® exercise, interested in working in our Pasadena studio in the morning or late afternoon & evening hours. Clients are already established in group, private and semi-private sessions. Must enjoy working with a variety of clientele. Competitive pay. Mentoring available.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST NEEDED - PART TIME
Bodyscape Integrative Physical Therapy is looking to hire a motivated and team oriented Physical Therapist who wants to work in a non-corporate, quality environment.
Summary of Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently perform the duties of a staff Physical Therapist, providing quality 1-on-1 patient treatments. Demonstrate a professional, helpful attitude in dealing with patients, visitors and staff. Accept other responsibilities in the Physical Therapy office as assigned by Supervisor.
