KIMBERLY MORGAN
Certified instructor in Pilates and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®
Kimberly began her Pilates training as a theater student in Dallas, Texas. After moving to Los Angeles in 1994 she continued to study Pilates as well as yoga, Feldenkrais and GYROTONIC®. She received her Pilates certification from Long Beach Dance Conditioning on 2000 and her GYROTONIC® certification through Los Angeles Body Kinetics in 2003. She specializes in traditional matwork, low back and joint care, as well as pre and post natal workouts. The training for the latter has been assisted by her two children, Violet, 6 and Owen, 4 . They live in Echo Park along with husband and dad, John.
